Delta 7, the East Sussex band who all identify as being disabled, having autism or Down’s syndrome, have released their third album in memory of band coordinator Tom Salway who died by suicide in 2016. The band have been together since 2014 supported by East Sussex based charity Culture Shift, an organisation that involves the community with creative and cultural projects. Since then, they have been challenging attitudes and breaking down barriers in both the learning disabled and mainstream music scene – an industry where disabled people are unrepresented.
