This handbook is for colleges that want to improve the employment chances of their students who have learning disabilities and autism.
The handbook examines two models that are currently operating in Scotland and achieving measures of success: Project SEARCH and Transitions to Employment. It presents an analysis of the two approaches to identify what factors make them successful in an environment that makes it hard for young people with learning disabilities and autism moving from college into work.
