Parallel Report to the United Nations Committee on the UNCRPD

Scottish Consortium for Learning Disability (2014) – Parallel Report to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on the Progress of Implementation of the UNCRPD in the United Kingdom (Scotland).

SCLD has been supporting a group of people with learning disabilities from across Scotland to talk about the United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (UNCRPD). As part of Learning Disability Week 2014, the group has published this report on how real the rights in the UNCRPD are for people with learning disabilities in Scotland.
