Social care charity and Rugby League side team up to provide sports sessions to adults with learning disabilities

Social care charity Community Integrated Care and St Helen’s Rugby League Club have formed a partnership to offer adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to take part in health and wellbeing activities, as well as special match day experiences. St Helens has recently kicked off an 8-week accessible sports programme for people supported by the charity living in the town – many of whom are huge Saints fans. At each session, participants take part in relay activities, team games and physical exercises, promoting their health and wellbeing.
