This guidance focuses on what organisations need to do to support their staff, building workforce skills and knowledge, how to use learning tools and resources and identifying training solutions for teams.

The guidance is aimed at social care employers and commissioners working with a range of care and support needs including older people with conditions across the dementia spectrum, people with mental health and personality conditions and those with learning disabilities with complex needs who may have been labelled as challenging services.
