The Ideas Collective, 2014
On 31st July 2014 some members of the Ideas Collective, a network of people and organisations in the field of people with learning disabilities and family carers, met with Sir Stephen Bubb to talk about the steering group he is chairing for NHS England in response to the Winterbourne View Concordat. The Collective discussed his work on developing a framework for how services are planned and bought for people with learning disabilities and, in response to this, have written a letter outlining their recommendations.
